Manga and light novel readers please help me understand what is happening!

Spoilers are welcome.

What exactly is Tetsujin? How was it created and what caused it to resurrect?
I read online that in the past it exploded and that's what initially caused the rust but I don't remember them talking about this in the anime.
How is it that Kurokawa is alive inside of it? That's what it sounded like at the end of the episode.
Tirol states that "Imihama will become another Tokyo". What happened to Tokyo? Did it get destroyed by Tetsujin in the past?

Also I do not understand how Milo injects himself with something and then starts talking and acting like Bisco. What is going on here?

Rant:
To me it felt like a lot of this came out of nowhere and it should have been better explained earlier in the anime. Then I could watch this episode and actually comprehend what was Happening. Also The whole anime especially towards the end felt a bit rushed. I feel like this anime had potential to be much better (and longer) but maybe that's just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

if I'm not mistaken, in the first episode it's said that tokyo was attacked by something (possible tatsujin) and that something caused the rust

Milo inject the rust eater mushroom so he can't get affect by the tatsujin rust spray, he started acting like Bisco cuz he said Bisco was inside him (metaphorically), he short of assumed Bisco identity to honor Bisco name and destroy that tatsujin

I think your other questions like "how is he inside the tatsujin" will be answered in the next episodes
